[1] Choose a 'factual event ' out of a Gary Crew book and re-write it as a newspaper article. [eg] an account of Mama Pratchett's trial from Mama's Babies  OR  an account of one event  say, how Joan of Arc was burned at the stake] as shown in a disc from The Viewer.  

[2] A series of [say 3] daily diary entries from the life of Davy, the central character in First Light or Alicia in Bright Star.

[3] An extract from a case notebook of the police officer involved in solving a mysterious or macabre scene from a Gary Crew book. [eg] the fate of Aaron in The Lost Diamonds of Killiecrankie.

[4] The text of an interview between Jana Wendt and a character from a Gary Crew book [eg] John Tebbutt the astronomer of Bright Star OR Miss Kranke of Troy Thompson's Excellent Peotry book.

[5] A tape recorded conversation between Miss Kranke and Troy Thompson from Troy Thompson's Excellent Peotry Book. OR between Tristan's parents from The Viewer as they try to solve the mystery of his disappearance.
