A completely new direction

About a year ago, God changed my life, or at least, the direction my life was going. I wasn’t too happy about it at first, because I was redirected in a cauldron of pain; back pain to be precise.

God brought me back to the foot of the cross; the cross where His Son, Jesus the Christ died for the mess I had made of my life. Was I a criminal? No. A druggie? No. A rapist, a wife beater, a cheater? No, no, and no.

I was a Christian

I am still a Christian, but God has put me on His path again. Previously I was walking the path of where I thought He wanted me to go, without actually enquiring of Him what He wanted. Now, I’m doing bible college. Am I sounding my own trumpet? Nope, just His. Without Him, I would not be doing this.

Does this mean that I have left behind all the stored knowledge about computers that I have? No, but I will now use that knowledge as a tool for Him, and as an aid to help others instead of myself.

How will I do this? By teaching! By problem solving. Above all by mixing my computer knowledge with His word where-ever and whenever I can. I acknowledge that without Him, I am nothing, and I would not be where I am today, He created me, and He still guides my path.
